Join a fast-growing, values-led UK pharmaceutical distributor and make a meaningful global impact.

About the Role

As Export Sales Manager for MEA, you will be at the forefront of our international expansion, leading sales strategies and forging high-value partnerships with distributors, healthcare providers, and regulatory bodies across the region. You'll work cross-functionally with logistics, compliance, and procurement teams to ensure seamless export operations and the timely delivery of critical pharmaceutical products to emerging and established markets.

This is a pivotal role where you'll combine commercial acumen, cultural intelligence, and regulatory knowledge to unlock sustainable growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, onboard, and manage key distribution partners, wholesalers, and government tenders
  • Maintain strong client relationships through regular engagement, performance reviews, and value-driven solutions
  • Navigate complex regulatory environments to ensure full compliance with UK MHRA, GDP standards, and country-specific requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to optimise supply chain efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyse regional market trends, competitor activity, and business risks

  • Support pricing strategy, contract negotiation, and sales agreement execution

Ideal Candidate Profile

We’re seeking a results-driven, culturally adept professional who thrives in fast-paced international markets. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in international sales, preferably within pharmaceutical or healthcare exports
  • A strong understanding of regulatory compliance (GDP, MHRA, FMD) and documentation requirements for exporting to MEA
  • Demonstrated success in building and managing distributor networks and key accounts across diverse markets
  • Excellent commercial and strategic thinking skills, with a strong grasp of tender processes and government procurement
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities – capable of navigating multicultural business environments
  • Proactive, organised, and able to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Fluent English is essential; proficiency in Arabic and/or French is highly desirable
  • Willingness to travel internationally, often on short notice

What We Offer

  • Competitive base salary + performance-based bonus
  • Opportunity to shape the sales strategy for a high-growth international region
  • Be part of a collaborative, mission-driven company focused on expanding access to life-saving medicines
  • Professional development and global networking opportunities
  • A supportive work environment where your voice and contributions matter
