About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand our presence in the medical industry. This mid–senior level position is ideal for a professional with proven experience in identifying new opportunities, developing partnerships, and building long-term client relationships within healthcare.

As a key member of the commercial team, you will play a critical role in expanding market share, securing partnerships, and driving revenue growth, while helping to shape the company’s business strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, target, and develop new business opportunities within hospitals, healthcare providers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers, including clinicians, procurement teams, and executives.
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead negotiations, prepare proposals, and close agreements to secure profitable partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product management, market access, and clinical) to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to inform business strategy.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.


About You

  • Proven experience (5+ years) in business development, sales, or commercial roles in the medical devices, pharmaceuticals, biotech, or healthcare industry.
  • Strong track record of securing partnerships, contracts, or new business growth.
  • Excellent negotiation, networking, and relationship management skills.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate opportunities into action.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving industry.
