Job Details

We have an exciting role for a Branded Medical Planner to join the Branded Medical Supply Chain team. The key responsibilities include replenishment duties for a specific range of manufacturers, managing bespoke customer ordering processes, product transfers, and other day-to-day tasks that may evolve with business needs.
This role requires building strong internal and external stakeholder relationships, responding to their requests, supporting them with excellent ongoing service, and achieving the business's KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Knowledge of supply chain, logistics, and replenishment within pharmaceutical, consumer healthcare, or FMCG companies is beneficial but not mandatory. On-the-job training will be provided.
You should be customer-focused, a self-starter, and capable of working autonomously or as part of a team.
Desired Attributes

Proficiency in MS Outlook and intermediate Excel skills such as PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, and basic formulas
Teamwork ability
Strong time management and task prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Professional telephone manner
Ability to analyze and interpret numerical data (an advantage)
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks
Working knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience with SAP and/or RELEX (an advantage)
Background in supply chain, FMCG, or Pharmaceuticals (an advantage)
