JOB TITLE: Associate Director / Research Director (Healthcare/Pharmaceutical)
SALARY: Up to £62k / Up to £85k
LOCATION: London (2-3 days WFH)

They are currently looking to bring on a senior research candidate, who has experience in or is looking to work projects within the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors for a variety of clients.

KEY DUTIES

  • Client growth:Build long-term relationships, develop a book of business, and identify growth opportunities for clients.
  • Project work:Manage multiple projects, write complex materials, visualise data, analyse findings, and present confidently.
  • Team leadership:Mentor junior staff, support senior team, assist with proposals, and deliver actionable client recommendations.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience and skills:Minimum 6 years in healthcare research, proven research skills, proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
  • Project management and mentoring:Strong communication, time management, multitasking, and the ability to mentor and develop others.
  • Mindset and approach:Creative, AI-focused, collaborative, excellence-driven, and passionate about leveraging data to drive meaningful change.
