CK Group are recruiting for an Associate Director Medical Engagement to join a global pharmaceutical company in Uxbridge on a contract basis for 12 months.

Salary:

Up to £62.29 per hour PAYE

Associate Director Medical Engagement Role:

- Active contributor to global medical strategic planning, informing development of medical strategies & plans, leveraging medical insights.
- Accountable to facilitate pull though of medical strategies/initiatives relevant to the field medical team; The main focus will lie on Hematology/Cell Therapy with the option to expand to solid tumor oncology.
- Partners with medical learning teams to ensure effective communication & the pull through of the scientific narratives and Patient Outcome Imperatives for assigned TA.
- Fosters collective efforts across matrix and market medical teams to optimize medical insight quality, analysis, communications & reporting.

Your Background:

- Medical/Scientific background with prior working experience in a pharma or biotech company.
- Experience and proven knowledge in Hematology/Oncology.
- Demonstrated ability to lead & influence effectively across a matrixed, multicultural organization & manage Medical and Commercial activities.
