Main Purpose
The Assembly operator is responsible for running the operation with quality and compliance and plays important role in continuously improving the assembly process

Other Details

Operate pen assembly machines to deliver daily production output as per the production plan with quality and safety
Perform machine start-ups on time, perform machine changeovers and troubleshooting for day-to-day different machine's issues including machine maintenance.
To document all performed activities on BPR and complete all relevant documents on time as per GMP and defined procedures.
Participate in equipment qualifications like IQ, OQ and PQ with document compilation.
Ensure to prevent the machines from incident and accidents and report immediately if observed.
To participate actively in deviation investigations (RCA) and report if found any deviation in a timely manner.
Follow GMP and SFDA guidelines, GDP,Data integrity (ALCOA principle) and safety procedures as defind in SOPs.
Perform Area cleaning and machine cleaning as per the defined procedure
To perform any other task assigned by the Supervisor or Higher Level.

Key Skills

Diploma Degree
3 to 5 years of industrial experience in production equipment in a compliant state with respect to authority requirements in GMP environment (pharma)
Pharmaceutical Technology, Handling of complex technical processes
