Main Purpose
The Production Maintenance Technician is responsible for Performing, coordinating, and managing corrective maintenance during assembly production and planned preventative maintenance, ensuring compliance, quality, and continuous improvement of maintenance operations

Other Details

Perform corrective and preventative maintenance for assembly equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to minimize downtime and ensure efficient operations.
Manage work orders (WO) related to maintenance tasks, ensuring timely completion and accurate documentation.
Conduct challenge and calibration of assembly line equipment to maintain a high level of productivity and operational efficiency.
Provide support and assistance in all aspects of process operations, contributing to a seamless workflow in the production area.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and actively participate in change request handling, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.
Maintain logbooks and records related to maintenance activities to ensure regulatory compliance and aid in data gathering for inspections.
Handle incidents related to line/equipment maintenance and gather data for further investigations to improve safety and efficiency.
Drive and implement process optimization initiatives in line with LEAN principles
Ensure compliance with Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) regulations in the production area, working in a safe and environmentally responsible manner.

Key Skills

Associate/diploma in electrical engineering technology or similar.
3+ years of industrial experience in maintaining production equipment in a compliant state, with respect to authority requirements in a Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) environment.Pharmaceutical Technology, Handling of complex technical processes
