Main Purpose
The Production Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of Assembly line through effective maintenance strategies. The role involves a commitment to quality and compliance while continuously improving maintenance standards and processes within the organization.

Other Details

Perform, coordinate, and manage corrective maintenance during production and planned preventative maintenance.
Responsible for "how the line is maintained" ensuring equipment reliability
Drive adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and organizational strategies
Act as a maintenance advocate, coordinating daily schedules and removing barriers to enable optimal maintenance operations.
Coach and mentor technicians in reliability management systems and maintenance practices
Conduct maintenance-related training for technicians, focusing on skills development and knowledge sharing
Drive and implement process optimization initiatives in line with LEAN principles
Lead and actively participate in performance boards to assess and improve maintenance operations.Key Skills

Bachelor of Engineering Degree (Mechanical, or Electrical Engineer.
Preferably 5-8 years of industrial experience in maintaining production equipment within a compliant state, aligned with authority requirements in a GMP environment (pharmaceuticals, food, or cosmetics).
