Job Description We are looking for a highly analyticaland detail-oriented Operations & Cost Management Analyst tosupport our global manufacturing and operations teams. This rolewill play a key part in analysing cost structures, optimisingoperational efficiencies, and supporting data-drivendecision-making across multiple manufacturing sites. You will workcross-functionally with commercial, manufacturing, R&D, andfinance teams to provide insights that improve cost performance,track key operational metrics, and drive continuous improvements incost efficiency. Key Responsibilities 1. Cost Management &Financial Analysis - Conduct detailed cost analysis across globalsites to identify key cost drivers, track variances, and providedata-driven recommendations for cost control. - Partner withoperations teams to support budget forecasts, cost estimates, andfinancial reporting. - Analyse labour efficiency, material usage,and overhead costs to identify opportunities for cost savings. -Support the implementation of cost-reduction initiatives, ensuringalignment with business objectives. 2. Operational Performance& KPI Tracking - Develop and monitor key performance indicators(KPIs) related to cost efficiency, production output, and resourceutilisation. - Provide leadership with real-time insights andreporting to support operational and strategic decision-making. -Ensure consistency in data collection and reporting methodologiesacross global sites. 3. Process Improvement & OperationalSupport - Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reducewaste, and improve resource allocation. - Work closely withmanufacturing sites to track production efficiency and yieldperformance, ensuring alignment with cost targets. - Support theimplementation of best practices and standard operating procedures(SOPs) to enhance cost efficiency. 4. Stakeholder Collaboration& Strategic Support - Act as a key liaison between globalmanufacturing sites, finance, commercial, and R&D teams toalign cost management strategies. - Work with regional teams toensure alignment on financial targets and cost-saving initiatives.- Present findings and recommendations to senior management,ensuring clear communication of cost management strategies.Qualifications & Experience - Bachelor’s degree in Finance,Business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field. - 3-5years of experience in operations analysis, cost management, orfinancial planning within a manufacturing environment (preferablyin pharmaceuticals, life sciences, or medical devices). - Strongunderstanding of cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysiswithin a global organisation. - Proficiency in data analysis andreporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, SAP). - Strong analyticaland problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complexdata and provide actionable insights. - Excellent communicationskills with the ability to collaborate across teams and regions.Desirable Skills - Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g.,SAP). - Knowledge of manufacturing processes, cost reductionstrategies, and supply chain optimisation.
