Strategy Insights & Planning Consultant -R&D Clinical Strategy Insights & Planning Consultants(SIPCs) create and deliver solutions for our clients and projectteams. SIPCs leverage their analytic, synthesis, and communicationskills to derive insights and solve business problems. They applyproblem-solving frameworks to client issues, support changeinitiatives, and employ analytic techniques to guide decisions.What You'll Do: 1. Leverage knowledge of Life Sciences R&Dorganizations, data, systems, processes, and stakeholder types toaid analyses and recommendations; 2. Manage multiple projects withsignificant direct client interaction; 3. Apply advanced analyticsand data management knowledge on clinical data sources to provideinsights for Clinical Trial Optimization; 4. Represent R&Dbusiness in Clinical Trial Optimization, driving innovation,business case development, and needs assessment workshops; 5. Buildongoing client relationships with key stakeholders, includingpresentations; 6. Manage and advise on clinical needs assessments,defining business and functional requirements followinguser-centric design practices; 7. Drive methodology and frameworksfor Clinical Trial Optimization solutions; 8. Advise on clinicalbusiness process enhancements based on best practices and gapsanalysis; 9. Coach cross-functional teams on business and datadomains to inform decisions; 10. Develop training programs to buildcapabilities and share knowledge. What You'll Bring: - Bachelor'sor higher degree in business, medical, life sciences, engineering,applied math, statistics, or related fields; or a Master's/PhD inpharmaceutical sciences or decision sciences with businessapplication; - 4-8 years of relevant experience; - Strongmotivation, work ethic, maturity, and initiative; - Excellentcommunication skills; - Empathy, adaptability, and high personalimpact; - Attention to detail and quality focus; - Self-disciplinein planning and organizing; - Enjoyment and aptitude for teamleadership.
