A rapidly growing company seeking Analytical Scientists to join our dynamic team. We are looking for individuals with a passion for science, strong technical expertise, and the ability to contribute to both team and independent work. If you have a solid background in analytical chemistry and enjoy applying your knowledge to complex scientific problems, we would love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform analytical testing and characterization of small molecules, with a preference for those with experience in oligos or peptides.
  • Apply advanced separation science techniques to ensure high-quality analytical results.
  • Operate and maintain a variety of laboratory equipment, with experience across a range of vendor equipment preferred.
  • Provide technical expertise on analytical methodologies and results to both internal teams and large pharma clients.
  • Contribute to the development and optimization of analytical methods in a GMP-regulated environment.
  • Prepare detailed scientific reports and presentations, clearly conveying complex scientific data to both peers and clients.
  • Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams and independently as required to support project goals.
  • Adapt to evolving project demands in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.


Qualifications & Experience:

  • PhD in Analytical Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field with at least 3 years of industrial experience (or equivalent).
  • Strong expertise in analytical chemistry with a focus on small molecule research, particularly in areas such as synthesis, characterization, and quality control.
  • Experience with larger molecules such as oligos or peptides is an advantage but not essential.
  • Demonstrable experience with separation science techniques (HPLC, LC-MS, etc.) and working with a variety of vendor equipment.
  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex scientific information clearly and effectively to colleagues, management, and clients.
