We are currently looking for a Principal Analytical Scientist to join a leading Pharmaceutical company based in Northern Ireland. As the Principal Analytical Scientist you will be responsible for performing development and validation of analytical methods in support of API manufacturing projects for small molecules.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your duties as the Principal Analytical Scientist will be varied however the key duties and responsibilities are as follows:

1. Performing method validation and development of API products using techniques like HPLC and Gas Chromatography.

2. Writing/reviewing documentations in accordance to GMP and GLP.

3. Manage the stability testing of products produced.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS:

To be successful in your application to this exciting opportunity as the Principal Analytical Scientist we are looking to identify the following on your profile and past history:

1. Relevant degree in Analytical Chemistry/Chemistry field.

2. Proven industry experience in pharmaceutical industry and supervising staff

3. A working knowledge and practical experience with API's, HPLC and GC.
