We are seeking a reliable and well-organised Administrator to join our client, based in Preston. This role combines front-of-house receptionist duties with administrative support, particularly in processing timesheets and invoices. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, while also assisting with key financial and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Reception and Front Desk Duties:

Greet visitors and direct them appropriately
Answer, screen, and forward incoming calls
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms in a tidy and professional state
Administrative and Financial Support:

Match timesheets with corresponding invoices for approval and processing
Enter data into internal systems accurately and efficiently
Assist with filing, scanning, and maintaining records, both physical and digital
Support general office administration, including ordering supplies
Liaise with internal departments and external clients as required
Assist with preparing basic reports or summaries from collected data

Skills and Qualifications:

Proven experience in a receptionist or administrative role
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Comfortable handling sensitive or confidential information
Experience with timesheet or invoice processing is an advantage
