Sales Administrator 
Location: Rochdale - Littleborough
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 (depending on experience)
Hours: 39 hours per week, Monday to Friday
Job Type: Permanent

Sales Administrator Role:
As a Sales Administrator , you’ll be a key part of the sales team, reporting directly to the Sales Office Manager. Your mission? To drive success by ensuring smooth communication with both new and existing customers while helping the sales team hit their targets.

Sales Administrator Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer requests for quotes, product inquiries, and sales documentation promptly and professionally.
Follow up on sales quotations, negotiate terms, and confirm delivery timelines.
Handle both online and telephone queries efficiently and effectively.
Liaise with various departments to provide a seamless experience for customers.
Work closely with the sales team to identify challenges and develop sales strategies.
Generate reports on quotation progress and converted sales orders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current customers while generating new connections.
Create proposals and agreements, ensuring the database remains current.
Uphold lean manufacturing principles to enhance productivity.
Attend industry events and visit customer sites to maintain strong relationships.
Oversee customer complaints, ensuring they are resolved and prevented in the future.
What We’re Looking For:

Previous experience as a Sales Administrator or in a similar role.
Strong communication skills – both written and verbal – with a knack for persuasion and professionalism.
Comfortable using multiple IT systems and proficient with Excel.
A positive and proactive personality, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
