Are you detail-oriented, experienced in pharmaceutical distribution and ready to contribute to a high-performing quality assurance team within an international pharmaceutical services company? If so, we want to hear from you.

Please note that this is a 4 to 6 week assignment and as such you will need to be available immediately.

We're partnering with a pharmaceutical services provider near Slough to find a Quality Administrator who can support essential QA functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in GDP to make an immediate impact in a collaborative and quality-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Collating historical Responsible Person (RP) / Responsible Person for Import (RPi) documentation
Assisting the QA team in cleaning and archiving the inactive customer list
Ensuring data is accurately documented, securely stored, and compliant with GDP guidelinesRequirements

Previous experience in a GDP-regulated pharmaceutical environment (e.g. QA admin in a manufacturer or wholesale distributor)
Strong organisational skills with an eye for detail and accuracy
Familiarity with RP or RPi responsibilities is highly desirable - though not essential
