Location: Weybridge area (Hybrid work pattern with 3 days on site)

Salary: £32,000 pro rata to an hourly rate

Contract Type: Full Time (37 Hours per week), Temporary – 12-month assignment

Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented, proactive, senior administrator? This is a pivotal role where you will be involved in authorising applications, liaising with internal experts and global regulators while ensuring compliance is adhered to.

About the Role

As part of a specialist team, you will play a crucial role in the processing and monitoring of applications, ensuring that they meet established procedures and timetables. You will also provide high-quality customer service to the pharmaceutical industry and support colleagues across various departments. This role offers a unique blend of responsibility, problem-solving, and collaboration in an environment where quick thinking and adaptability are key.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and validate various application types, analysing and making informed decisions on a case-by-case basis.

  • Monitor applications to ensure compliance with established procedures, deadlines, and business objectives.

  • Prepare and issue official authorisation documentation at the end of the application procedures.

  • Undertake ad-hoc tasks, including compiling data, taking meeting notes, preparing reports or guidance documents, and assisting with project work.

    Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

  • The ability to pick up specialist terminology quickly.

  • Strong proficiency in English (both written and verbal).

  • Competence in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Good numeracy skills.
