The Role:
As an Account Manager , you'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of key clients. You'll work consultatively to understand their hiring needs, deliver tailored recruitment solutions, and grow existing accounts through exceptional service and strategic input.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a portfolio of existing client accounts
Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs and culture
Deliver high-quality recruitment solutions to meet short- and long-term hiring goals
Work closely with internal recruiters and delivery teams
Identify new business opportunities within accounts and cross-sell services
Maintain regular client contact and provide insightful reporting and feedback
What We're Looking For:
Must have proven experience in recruitment or account management (agency or in-house)OR a degree qualification and Internal account management experience.
Strong relationship-building and client-facing skills
Commercially aware with the ability to identify and convert opportunities
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Driven, adaptable, and team-oriented
