Job Title: Key Account Manager – Neuroscience
Location: Hamburg, Germany
Salary: €105,000 pa, plus company bonus and company car

CK Group are recruiting on behalf of a leading global biopharmaceutical company dedicated to transforming the lives of patients with serious conditions.

This is a permanent, field-based Key Account Manager role covering the Hamburg region, working within a highly collaborative Medical Affairs team.

Key Account Manager Role

  • As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving the commercial success of the Neurology product(s) within your territory.

  • You will take full ownership of your region, proactively developing and executing strategic account plans, and building strong, trust-based partnerships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

  • You will thrive in customer-facing roles, bringing strong business acumen and closing ability, and be motivated by achieving ambitious goals in a competitive environment.

    Further responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and executing robust, insight-driven key account plans aligned with brand strategy and local market dynamics.

  • Delivering and exceeding sales targets by identifying growth opportunities and removing barriers.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and influencers.

  • Positioning products effectively through scientific and clinical value.

  • Collaborating closely with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Marketing to deliver aligned, high-quality engagement.

  • Analyzing market trends and territory data to anticipate changes and adjust plans in real time.

  • Maintaining accurate customer records in CRM, ensuring compliance and ethical promotional spend.

    Your Background

  • Proven track record in specialty pharmaceutical sales, ideally within Neuroscience and/or Epilepsy.

  • Strong sales mindset with the ability to consistently exceed targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Strategic account management capability, with the ability to navigate complex customer environments.

  • Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.

  • Highly motivated, accountable, and resilient with a strong entrepreneurial spirit.

  • Life Sciences degree or equivalent qualification according to §75 AMG.

  • Fluent in German with good proficiency in English.

  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
