Role Overvie

wWe are seeking a highly motivated Consultant / Associate Consultant to join a dynamic Life Sciences & Strategy Consulting team. In this role, you will work in a collaborative, non-hierarchical environment alongside senior and junior colleagues to deliver impactful solutions to healthcare and life sciences clients. You will gain exposure to Real World Evidence (RWE), market access, and integrated evidence strategy, while developing your expertise in consulting methodologies and the pharmaceutical market

.This role offers the opportunity to work on 1–3 projects in parallel, covering diverse service offerings, and to contribute to both client delivery and internal strategic initiatives

Key Responsibiliti

  • esConduct qualitative and quantitative analysis to identify key client challenges and generate actionable insight
  • s.Prepare, facilitate, and follow up on client meetings and workshop
  • s.Contribute to project design, approach, and methodology developmen
  • t.Perform independent desk research using internal and external data source
  • s.Create reports, presentations, and deliverables under the guidance of experienced team lead
  • s.Support the development of client proposals and new business opportunitie
  • s.Assist with internal strategic initiatives such as RWE capability development and M&A activitie
  • s.Provide project support across multiple consulting areas, including medical affairs, payer and access, secondary data analytics, and evidence generatio

Essential Qualifications & Experie

  • nceMaster’s degree (or higher) in life sciences, business, economics, technology, engineering, or related fie
  • ld.1–2+ years of consulting experience in healthcare or life sciences (Associate level) or 6+ years for senior leve
  • ls.Proven analytical, interpretative, and problem-solving skil
  • ls.Strong commercial awareness and business judgeme
  • nt.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present findings and facilitate worksho
  • ps.IT literacy in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Exc
  • el.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently manage tas
