Vibe Recruit are working in partnership with a global healthcare organisation to recruit a Service Support Technician for their busy Service Centre in Sittingbourne. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a company that prides itself on quality, compliance, and continuous improvement.
The Role
As a Medical Devices Operative, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the service centre, ensuring medical equipment is handled, processed, and maintained in line with strict quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
Receiving, packing, and decontaminating medical devices and equipment
Managing stock and ensuring sufficient consumables are available
Supporting operational efficiency to maximise throughput
Maintaining high housekeeping standards in line with GMP/GLP guidelines
Adhering to all health & safety procedures, including correct use of PPE
Identifying and suggesting continuous improvement ideas
Reporting safety observations and promoting safe working practices
Supporting other departments when required
Carrying out additional duties as directed by managementAbout You
Strong attention to detail with a meticulous approach
Excellent organisation and time management skills
Confident communicator with a proactive attitude
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Committed to high standards and continuous improvementSkills & Experience
PC literate (databases and spreadsheets)
Previous experience in a warehouse, production, or regulated environment is desirable but not essential
