The company is uniquely focused on improving the Healthcare Professionals safety at work, by providing the latest safety medical device innovations, as well as investing in research and development.



Role Description:

We are hiring a Sales Manager to support our business in UK. We are looking for someone who knows how hospitals really work and what matters to clinicians. You will manage the UK market – from first contact to closed the deal, from training to aftercare. This is role for someone hands-on, direct, and independent. Someone who knows how to move through NHS systems and build real relationships with clients.


Key responsibilities

  • Develop, grow and manage UK business within NHS, hospitals, and key accounts.
  • Propose a commercial strategy to deliver annual targets.
  • Build relationships with existing customers in both private and public sectors to understand their needs and unlock business potential.
  • Identify new business opportunities and potential customers.
  • Deliver clinical demonstrations and product training during prospecting, tender processes, and customer onboarding.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, clinical meetings, and directly with medical staff.
  • Collaborate closely with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing, regulatory affairs, and product development.


Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a medical sales, or clinical education related to medical devices. Experience in safety medical devices and technology is highly desirable.
  • Degree educated and experience in Healthcare field such as nursing, pharmacy, biotechnology or similar.
  • Understanding of the NHS healthcare system and local business practices.
  • Knowledge of negotiation and client management.
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and information on market trends.
  • Proactive and able to take initiative.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the UK, and occasionally internationally, as required by the role.
