We're looking for a strategic, ambitious Account Director ready to lead major client programmes, inspire teams, and grow new business across the pharma and health tech landscape.

What You'll Do:

• Lead impactful public affairs campaigns that shape policy and improve outcomes
• Build trusted relationships with senior clients in pharma and healthcare
• Develop strategic proposals, pitch new business, and drive account growth
• Mentor junior colleagues and help shape the future of our consultancy

• Experience working with pharmaceutical clients (agency or in-house)
