About the Role

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Technician to join a dynamic and supportive team in Andover. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity offering long-term career potential in a well-established business. You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse activities, from goods-in to goods-out, supporting both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Receive and check deliveries, ensuring accurate documentation
Operate forklift trucks (counterbalance & reach) safely and efficiently
Manage stock locations and record movements using a computerised system
Pick and pack orders to meet customer specifications and legal requirements
Handle raw materials and finished goods in line with hygiene and safety standards
Complete dispatch documentation (invoices, packing lists, DG notes, etc.)
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation in the warehouse
Communicate effectively with supervisors and internal departments

What We're Looking For

Must be forklift trained (counterbalance & reach licence required)
Previous warehouse experience (ideally in food or pharmaceutical sectors)
Basic food hygiene knowledge
Familiarity with stock management systems
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good communication and teamwork skills
Awareness of ADR, IATA, and COMAH regulations is a plus (training can be provided)
