What You'll Be Doing:

•    Champion a strong ‘Serious about Safety’ mindset in every aspect of your role, ensuring safe practices at all times
•    Ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods, maintaining the highest standards of quality and care
•    Make full and effective use of inventory management systems and warehouse iPad applications to support daily operations
•    Confidently handle live loads, following all safety procedures and best practices
•    Maintain all manual handling and work equipment to a high standard, ensuring they remain safe and fit for use
•    Adhere fully to all company policies, procedures, and legal requirements, taking personal responsibility for compliance
•    Safely and accurately load and unload all incoming and outgoing vehicles
•    Collaborate proactively on matters relating to health & safety, training, legal obligations, and environmental responsibilities

Who we are looking for:

The ideal candidate will bring energy, enthusiasm, and a proactive attitude to the role, thriving in a fast-paced, time-critical environment where attention to detail and clear communication are essential. You’ll need to be confident working both as part of a team and independently, demonstrating initiative and the ability to stay focused under pressure. A strong work ethic, reliability, and a commitment to maintaining high standards will be key to your success.

It is essential that applicants hold a valid Counterbalance FLT (Forklift Truck) licence. 

Ideally, you will also possess Reach and Bendi FLT licences, as these will be highly advantageous for the varied and dynamic nature of the work involved. A solid understanding of safe forklift operation and warehouse best practices will be crucial.
