Salary: Up to £35,000 based on experience

We're proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client - a growing and well-respected manufacturing business - for an experienced Validation Officer to join their Quality Assurance team. This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and detail-driven professional to play a key role in maintaining and improving validation processes within a regulated manufacturing environment.

The successful candidate will also be involved in new product introduction and new equipment validation as part of this process.

The Role:

As a Validation Officer, you'll be responsible for managing and executing validation activities, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver equipment qualifications, process validations, and internal audits, while promoting quality best practices across the site.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update the site Validation Master Plan.
• Develop and execute validation protocols and reports.
• Perform equipment qualification and process validation.
• Support and coach staff on validated processes and quality documentation.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Contribute to investigations and problem-solving activities.
• Provide data and insights for quality metrics and continuous improvement.

About You:

• Previous experience in a validation role within a manufacturing environment - to include IQ, OQ or PQ experience ideally.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
