Addison Project require a contractor to provide Validation Services for a period of 12 months on site in Liverpool. We welcome applications from Validation Engineers with Process Engineering background and Validation Engineers with Project Engineering.

Workscope



Provide site support for testing and validation of all engineering proposals and revalidation and verification of existing systems

*

Create detailed test plans, execution of testing activities, analysis of results, and documentation as part of the client’s Validation Roadmap

*

Configure testing & validation systems according to customer requirements; Installation, Operational and Performance Qualification protocols and reports IQ/OQ/PQ

*

Assure that all validation activities are performed in compliance with approved validation/qualification protocols, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and current regulatory requirements and guidelines

*

Extensive statistical analysis

*

Provide robust documentation, reports and presentations to the client

Experience Required

*

Degree (or equivalent) in a UK accredited Chemical Engineering degree

*

Experience in validation of food, pharmaceutical systems or FMCG industries

*

Self-motivated and able to deliver with minimum supervision

*

Maintaining accurate reports and progress documentation

*

Excellent interpersonal skills

*

Project Engineering experience is highly desirable
