We are currently searching for applicants to join our July & September 2025 Graduate Management Trainee Programme as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to work from our central London offices, with the opportunity to relocate internationally in the future, as a part of our global expansion.
Key Responsibilities:

· Identify specialist pharmaceutical professionals through data mining, telephone interviews, personal meetings, business development, and marketing activities.
· Personal accountability for sales generation and fee income.
· Network and interview pharmaceutical executives to promote the reputation of Walker Cole International.
· Develop expert knowledge of pharmaceutical and life sciences industries to support your delivery of key, recruitment client projects.

Candidate Requirements:

· A recent Bachelors or Masters graduate
· Previous work experience including placement year or customer-facing role.
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills
· Sporting success or competitive hobbies are highly desirable.
· The right to work in the UK permanently.
