Internal Sales Executive
Salary: £30,000 Basic + Bonus + Benefits
Location: St Helens (Office based)

We're recruiting an Internal Sales Executive to join a respected UK manufacturer based in St Helens, supporting a range of customers with tailored engineered solutions.

The Role

This is an office-based position working closely with the external sales team and customers. You'll manage the full sales process, from initial enquiry to final order, helping deliver outstanding service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations
Advise customers on the best product solutions for their needs
Manage and process incoming enquiries and orders
Support the external sales team with project coordination
Build long-term relationships with clients and internal teamsWho This Role Would Suit

We're open to candidates from a few backgrounds, including:

Mechanically qualified individuals (e.g. Degree, HNC/HND, Apprenticeship)
Recent engineering graduates looking to start a career
Customer service professionals who have worked in a technical, industrial, or product-based environment and have a mechanical appreciationEssential Attributes:

Good understanding of mechanical/technical concepts
Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Comfortable using IT systems (CRM, Excel, etc.)
Organised and proactive with a can-do attitudeWhat's On Offer
