Attensi is a Norwegian tech company specialized in gamified simulation training. Since our inception in 2012, Attensi has grown to become a global leader in the field, with training solutions used by global brands in more than 140 countries and 30 different languages.


We use gamification, realistic interactive scenarios, and decision-driven dialogues, powered by our game AI, to create a ‘learning by doing’ training environment that encourages repetition and builds mastery. It is a radically new method to achieve high impact training that scales across large organisations.


We work with some of the largest retail, hospitality, industry, energy, pharmaceutical and professional services brands in the world including Circle K, The Boston Consulting Group, PwC, Accenture, KPMG, ABB, Zurich, and Novartis. Attensi is growing fast and are now focused on accelerating our business growth. We are over 250 Game Changers across US and Europe, with 75 based in our thriving London office.


As Attensi continues to grow, we are now looking for a skilled Technical Project Manager to join our London office. You will join the Platform Enablement team, and your mission will be to work both customer facing and internally to give our customers an easy onboarding to the Attensi Platform and enable smooth end user journeys. You will be the go-to person during customer projects, acting as an advisor and subject matter expert on the Attensi Platform and integrations. You will work closely together with our technical, project and customer success teams to maintain and further develop tools and processes implementing our Platform Enablement strategy.

  • Support the project teams and deliver technical projects within time and scope
  • Advise on optimal technical set-up based on available options and customer requirements
  • Work closely with the Tech, Project and Customer Success teams and contribute to further develop and maintain the Platform Enablement processes and documentation
  • Contribute to platform and product development to enable smooth end user journeys

  • You have work experience within the technical field
  • Knowledge of basic IT architecture concepts and integrations

  • Self-starter that is motivated by continuous learning and taking on new challenges
  • Team player who thrives on creating value together
  • In addition, the following attributes are an advantage: experience of API integrations, previous experience from a scale-up company.
