Are you a leader from Pharmaceutical, Food, Manufacturing, Engineering or similar looking to join a well-recognised FMCG business in a highly autonomous and challenging leadership position where you will play a major role in the future success and direction of the business?

On offer is the chance to join an industry leading manufacturing business in a role which you can make your own, taking part in key decisions in the company to play a key role in future development as well as your team.

In this role you will have a varied role that involves leading the R&D team in functions such as product development, process improvement and more. You will have approximately 11 direct reports and operate as a senior manager within the business.

The role would suit a leader or manager from an engineering, manufacturing, R&D, Food, pharmaceutical or related Engineering/ Science background.

The Role:
*Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours
*Hybrid working (3 days minimum in office)
*Leading a team of approximately 12 direct reports
*Leading R&D projects and manufacturing improvements

The Person:
*Experience as a manager/ leader
*Experience within Engineering, manufacturing, or science
*Adaptability to versatile management approaches
