To help continue our growth and success, we are looking for a Supply Planning Manager. This position will be focused on planning and managing our global supply chain. As invoX continues to grow, this is a compelling opportunity to work in a fast-paced business.

Key Responsibilities

As a Supply Planning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in running our Supply Chain to deliver commercial supply and support our global R&D activities/projects. Working closely with the Supply Chain Planning Lead, your tasks can be described as follows:
  • Create and maintain requirements planning across the different customers, projects and supplier base as part of the wider S&OP process.
  • Manage the tactical execution and coordination of our supply chain to ensure streamlined supply. Activities will include (amongst others): Purchase Order creation, delivery tracking and related review meetings (S&OE) with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analyse and optimize inventories across the network.
  • Design and run the necessary reporting (tools) on key Supply Chain indicators and operational performance of our supply chain partners, enabling us to address risks pro-actively.
  • Manage rough-cut capacity planning.
  • Create, initiate and summarize planning scenarios to support strategic decision making/contracting.
  • Engage within the further roll-out of our ERP-system (SAP).
  • Support the introduction of a supply chain processes framework, whilst introducing efficiencies through a continuous improvement mindset.


Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

We’re looking for an experienced professional who has a passion for supply chain and lives by a ‘can do’ attitude. The successful candidate should have excellent communication skills and being able to manage a diverse workload. Working independently with an eye for details and a drive to introduce process improvements are key success factors for this role.
Essential
• University/Master’s degree in business or Supply Chain Management
• Supply Chain experience within medical device/pharmaceutical manufacturing, API and/or aseptic filling
• Demonstrated skills within Supply Chain Planning (demand/supply/inventory)
• Self-starter, ability to operate independently
• Energetic, self-motivated & result driven but also flexible and rapid adaption to change
• Demonstrated success working in a team environment
• Strong relationship builder with key stakeholders, both internal and external
• Versatility, adept at both tactical and strategic approaches
• Good sense for data driven decisions
• Proficiency in Excel
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hands-on experience with SAP is considered an advantage
