We have a 6 month Fixed Term Contract available to start immediately!
Purpose of the Position
The Supply Chain Executive will be responsible for establishing and managing a consistent,
efficient, and cost‐effective supply chain for all CNX products globally. The job holder will be
responsible for all end‐to‐end supply chain and operational activities for their allocated products
in the CNX portfolio.

Core Duties
Effectively manage the day to supply chain operations for allocated products.
Effectively managing the supply and demand planning for allocated products, ensuring
continuity of supply to patients, working closely with commercial and finance functions.
Monitor inventory levels through the system and excel spreadsheets.
Placing purchases orders using ERP system with suppliers and tracking them through to
delivery.
Managing the logistics and tracking shipment materials deliveries. Ensuring suppliers
meet delivery requirements and work closely with transport department to ensure
suppliers meet delivery schedules for customer.
Responsible for logging and investigation distribution complaints and deviations.
Update and create new stock codes for new items in ERP system and maintain all relevant
descriptions for each product SKU.
Manage partner relationships in line with contractual supply terms & maintains a strong
understanding of their supply chain and their business.
Effective collaboration with all stakeholders both internal and external in line with our
values
Working closely with finance to ensure invoices are shared in a timeline manner. Check
invoices to ensure suppliers deliver the correct stock level and check prices agree with
purchase order.
Responsible for budget requirements for allocated products
Managing serialisation requirements and activities for allocated products
Keep key stakeholders informed of key developments, updates, and discussions with key
partners/suppliers.
Supporting Senior Supply Chain Manager on projects
Be responsible for admin tasks within the Supply Chain team.
