Your Mission at Elis
  • Managing and follow up on customer queries and questions.
  • Supporting on an internal service inbox
  • Dealing with customer complaints and complaint resolution.
  • Uploading Information into Customer Portals.
  • Co-ordination and support Account Managers.
  • Working closely with key stakeholders including local and regional management teams.
  • Participate in and support continuous improvement projects/workstreams.
  • Reactive renegotiation of accounts.
What will make you stand out
  • Previous experience in a customer service role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Empathy patience and a passion for customer satisfaction
  • Ability to multitask prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with computers (MS Office)
