Job Description Job Title: Demand Planner Location:
North Scarle, Lincolnshire About the Role: We are seeking a
detail-oriented and proactive Demand Planner to join our supply
chain team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for
developing, managing, and optimising product and materials planning
across our operations. This position is ideal for someone with
prior FMCG demand planning experience—especially within packaging,
food, or pharmaceutical sectors. Initially, this role is based
full-time at our Lincolnshire office, with travel to our other
manufacturing site. Once fully trained and competent, hybrid
working arrangements may be considered. Key Responsibilities:
Product & Materials Planning - Manage supply of finished
products to meet customer demand and delivery requirements - Plan
manufacturing needs and ensure efficient communication with
production and transport teams - Order and manage the supply of raw
materials and packaging from multiple suppliers - Review forecasts
to maintain optimal stock levels and avoid disruption to production

  • Proactively manage supplier relationships to ensure OTIF (On Time
    In Full) deliveries Supply Chain Coordination - Liaise daily with
    suppliers and internal teams to resolve service or stock issues
    quickly - Lead investigations and complaints handling with a
    continuous improvement mindset - Support internal administration
    including sales/purchase order creation, inter-company transfers,
    and use of customer portals About You: - Strong FMCG demand
    planning background (packaging, food or pharma preferred) -
    Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential - Highly analytical,
    detail-focused and confident working with numbers - Effective
    communicator, especially via email, with strong written and verbal
    skills - Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
    across functions - Proactive, flexible and able to adapt to
