As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring timely and efficient flow of materials and products. This position is ideal for someone with foundational experience in supply chain processes and a working knowledge of ERP systems, particularly SAP.


🛠️ Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily supply chain activities including inventory management, order processing, and shipment scheduling
  • Monitor stock levels and support replenishment planning to avoid shortages or overstock situations
  • Collaborate with procurement, manufacturing, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished goods
  • Maintain accurate records in the ERP system (SAP preferred) for purchase orders, inventory transactions, and shipping documentation
  • Assist in resolving supply chain issues such as delays, discrepancies, or system errors
  • Support compliance with GMP, GDP, and other regulatory requirements relevant to pharmaceutical operations
  • Generate reports and dashboards to track KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives


📚 Qualifications

  • 1-2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or inventory coordination
  • Familiarity with ERP systems; SAP experience is highly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other standard business tools
  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry standards and regulations is a plus
