Role: Social Media Manager (3m FTC)
Location: London, England, United Kingdom (Hybrid)
About the Role
Partnering with an internationally recognized B2B healthcare organization, the Social Media Manager will develop and execute social media strategies to enhance the client's online visibility and customer engagement. This role involves creating a Digital Centre of Excellence within the healthcare practice, focusing on digital best practices, channel development, and audience growth across all digital touchpoints.

Reporting to the Head of Brand & Community, the ideal candidate will have experience in similar roles, particularly in B2B contexts, and be confident in managing social media campaigns (paid and organic), especially on LinkedIn. You should excel at creating engaging content, analyzing data for continuous improvement, and working collaboratively with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

Refresh and enhance the client’s social media presence with impactful content.

Develop and implement social media strategies to generate leads and conversions through paid campaigns.

Plan, execute, and analyze digital campaigns, identifying engagement trends.

Create engaging digital content tailored to target audiences.

Identify opportunities for channel performance improvements and evaluate new social media technologies.

Develop content strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Manage social media budgets and forecast campaign performance.

Generate monthly performance reports using tools like Google Analytics.

Oversee content creation and scheduling across platforms.

Engage with social media communities and monitor competitor activity.

Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Handle multiple projects with attention to detail and proactivity.

Qualifications and Skills

Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media.

Proven success in managing B2B social media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn.

Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sectors is a plus.

Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Passion for social media and understanding of digital marketing channels.
