The role

Working closely with other members of the client services team in partnership with Medical Writers and the Creative team you will work on a variety of projects to ensure successful and timely planning, development and implementation of project deliverables to the highest quality standards. You will play a key role in providing direction, support and coaching to junior members of the client services team.

This role will have a focus on leading the delivery of patient focused materials for our global pharma clients across multiple therapy areas.

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Act as a primary point of contact for specified clients
• Take full ownership for the day-to-day delivery of all assigned client projects
• Ensure effective communication of project briefs to the wider team
• Ensure all projects are on brief when delivered in line with the client's expectations
• Ensure the timely delivery of all projects
• Provide effective updates to the client on an ongoing basis throughout the project
• Manage all financial responsibilities as agreed to deliver the clients project on budget
• Work in partnership with the Account Director and senior leadership to develop client relationships
• Taking a leading role in the approval process and ensuring quality control
• Build an understanding of the required client brands and disease areas
• Support the relationship, and interact, with key opinion leaders across the industry

You will bring:

• Proven experience in client account handling from a comms agency background with a focus on the pharmaceutical/healthcare sectors
• Confident communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Highly proficient in PowerPoint, Excel, Word Outlook
