Evolve is exclusively partnering with niche and market-leading organisation in the healthcare e-commerce market, who are seeking an Account Manager to join their team.
You will be responsible for driving the success of our clients’ partnerships, by overseeing strategy execution and projects and managing in relationships within the Healthcare and Pharmaceutical industries.
This is a full-time position on a permanent basis based in Leicestershire.

Ideal Requirements for the Account Manager

  • Experience working in customer service with phoned based experience is ideal.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
    Role Responsibilities for the Account Manager
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact and ensuring their needs are met.
  • Deliver clear and insightful reports to clients, emphasizing performance metrics and actionable insights.
  • Implement customised strategies for each client, utilizing your understanding of their goals and market dynamics.
  • Continuously pursue opportunities to improve operational efficiency and client satisfaction, contributing to the development of our processes and practices.
