Job Profile:

To lead the site management team to drive operational excellence to continuously improve safe systems of work, efficient operational delivery, and stakeholder management.

Accountabilities

  • Lead a positive safety culture on site ensuring company and client safe systems of work is complied with.
  • Lead the site management team ensuring clear and concise goals and objectives are set to meet the contractual demands.
  • Lead the planning and scheduling of resource demands to ensure regular reviews are conducted to maintain the contract demands.
  • Lead contract performance reviews locally ensuring all data is gathered to review and find opportunities to continuously improve.
  • Lead and implement a robust audit schedule to ensure compliance to safe systems of work on site.
  • Lead cross discipline communication to drive intercompany efficiencies.
  • Lead stakeholder management on site to maintain a collaborative constructive environment to continuously improve operations.
