Job Description

Are you a driven and experienced sales professional with knowledge of Global Medical Device Consulting, Pharma Biotech Consulting, Life Sciences Training, and Clinical Research industries?

We are seeking a Senior Sales Executive - Life Sciences to support and manage the business interests of NSF's Life Sciences division. This role involves driving the opportunity pipeline through strategic customer relationships, sales development, and strong partnerships across NSF's Global Medical Device Consulting, Pharma Biotech Consulting, Training, and Clinical Research Teams. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience with year-on-year growth and a solid understanding of the regulated medical device, pharma, and biotech sectors.

Responsibilities

Including , but not limited to:
Sales development and execution of accounts identified as strategic customers based on existing or potential volume of NSF business
Serve as the primary point of contact for client relationships with strategic customers
Meet or Exceed sales KPIs, while maintaining high levels of customer service and professionalism
Responsible for Year-On-Year sales growth with key accounts
Collaborate closely with Marketing and Business Unit teams to support sales efforts
Builds and manages executive relationships, positioning NSF as a trusted advisor and service provider
Presenting NSF solutions and services through face-to-face meetings, video/web calls, phone, and email communications
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
Significant experience in executive-level consultative selling, ideally with experience of selling in relevant global markets with an appreciation of cultural differences
Proven success selling projects at $3-5M+
Experience with communicating and building relationships at C-level of enterprise organization. May include deep knowledge/experience in targeted industry/program
Experience selling consulting, training, remediation projects, auditing, clinical trials and related services within the life science industry
Direct sales experience within the life sciences sector
Skilled at fostering long-term relationships with clients, with an appreciation of when to collaborate wider in NSF to enhance customer relationships or to convert sales
In-depth knowledge of Global Medical Device Consulting, Pharma Biotech Consulting, Life Sciences Training, and Clinical Research industry is essential
Excellent time management, organisational skills, and presentation skills
Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Experience with CRM's such as Salesforce I preferred
Willingness and ability to travel internationally, including representing NSF at trade shows and serving as a brand ambassador
Travel is required to sites that are accessible by car, so a full driving license is required
