Job Description Location: Hybrid Work Model with travel across the UK and Europe as required Type: Contract Start Date: ASAP FPC Life Sciences is seeking a highly experienced Senior Project Manager on a contract basis to lead the delivery of key projects for our Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical clients. You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping successful project outcomes through leadership, strategic execution, and strong stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery – from concept to handover – ensuring alignment with client objectives. Develop and manage comprehensive project plans covering scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and quality standards. Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal/external stakeholders, including senior leadership, multidisciplinary teams, and contractors. Ensure all work complies with relevant regulations, GMP standards, and best practices. Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to project teams. Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet critical deadlines. Manage procurement, vendor selection, and contract negotiations. Identify new business opportunities and support growth initiatives within FPC Life Sciences. Qualifications 10 years of project management experience in Capital Investment Projects within the Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical sector . Proven ability to manage large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in regulated environments. Strong understanding of GMP compliance and facility delivery. Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g. MS Project, Primavera, Agile/Waterfall). Excellent communication, leadership, and client-facing skills.
