HDS Consultancy is proud to be representing a major MEP contractor delivering a £30M MEP package on a landmark life sciences/pharmaceutical facility in Oxford.

This is a live, high-specification site with complex mechanical systems and critical compliance requirements. We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Project Manager to lead delivery from site, reporting into a Project Director and working closely with internal and client-side stakeholders.

🔧 Role Overview



Full mechanical package delivery across a technically advanced pharma facility

*

Oversight of engineering, planning, and site installation phases

*

Direct management of supervisors, subcontractors, and supply chain

*

Coordination with design, BIM, and commissioning teams

*

Client and consultant interface on quality, safety, and programme

✅ What We’re Looking For

*

Proven experience leading major mechanical packages (£10M+) in life sciences, pharma, or healthcare

*

Deep understanding of compliance, validation, and cleanroom systems

*

Capable of managing teams on fast-paced, complex builds

*

Strong commercial awareness and stakeholder communication skills
