About The Role
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our Clinical Research and Product Operations team. This role is central to the execution of Real World Evidence (RWE) and Randomized Controlled Trial (RCT) studies delivered through the Elfie Research Platform. As a senior leader, you will drive project success across study design, operational delivery, and stakeholder engagement, working closely with our research collaborators and internal product teams. Your insights will also help shape the roadmap of the Elfie platform as it evolves to support digital clinical trials at scale.

What You’ll Do
Lead the delivery of RWE and clinical research studies in collaboration with academic and industry partners.

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across study planning, data operations, regulatory compliance, and partner engagement.

Oversee project timelines, key milestones, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.

Guide the preparation of study protocols, ethics submissions, partner communications, and data deliverables.

Represent Elfie in cross-functional meetings with external researchers, CROs, and tech collaborators.

Actively contribute user insights and operational needs to the Elfie product roadmap.

Ensure studies align with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and data protection regulations (e.g., GDPR).

Recruit and mentor junior team members and promote a high-performance, mission-driven team culture.

What You’ll Need
5+ years experience in clinical research project management (RWE or RCT), preferably in digital health or CRO/academic environments.

Strong understanding of clinical operations, ethics/regulatory processes, and health outcomes research.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and scientific stakeholders.

Familiarity with digital research tools, eCRF platforms, and data collection technologies.

Experience working with product/engineering teams is highly valued.

Fluent in English.

Based in or willing to relocate to London.
