The role:
At Causaly, we’re building a category defining product that transforms how our users think and decide in biomedicine. As a Senior Product Designer , we will look to you to help us bring the product vision to life.
You will be fully empowered to lead discovery efforts, and drive the product design of our core platform. You will help us design and ship the best-in-class products that help Life Sciences professionals answer the most difficult questions in a simple and elegant way. You will be not only lead design projects, but also drive innovation and progress within our design team at Causaly. You will be actively engaged in conversations around design practices, trends, and methodologies.
To be successful in this role, you will have a mix of technology fluency, excellent UI skills, and a deep passion for understanding and solving customer problems.
What you'll be doing :
You will take ownership of user experience and design from conception to launch in partnership with product managers and engineers.

You will be solving product problems by focusing on the best user experience while balancing company goals, design cohesion, and ease of implementation.

You will be prototyping ideas to quickly assess their viability and designing the fine-grained details of components, interactions, and transitions.

You will partner with product managers to define and evolve products.

You will work closely with engineers as you build, iterate on, and ship ideas

You will be leading efforts to maintain and contribute to our design system.

You will be conducting user research and usability testing to gather feedback and insights that will inform the design process.

You will act as an agent of change for the adoption of the best UX practices, processes and tools.

What we're looking for:
5-7 Years experience of product designer (UX/UI), preferably in technical SaaS web applications or software.

Strong portfolio of user interface design in web SaaS applications (quality over quantity), with proven experience in leading the design of complex products and systems, from ideation to launch.

Mastery of design and prototyping tools (Figma, etc)

Previous experience creating, developing and maintaining design systems

Demonstration of collaboration with product and engineering teams in an agile environment

Comprehend complex Information Architecture, understanding structure and flow to create the optimal user experience for any given scenario

Experience in conducting user research and usability testing, and applying insights to inform the design process.
