About the Role
We’re seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As demand grows across our key accounts, including both internal and external clients, we’re looking for someone who can hit the ground running and support our creative output with strategic, high-quality design work. This role offers flexibility, variety, and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects—particularly in the pharma and healthcare space.
What You’ll Be Doing
Transform creative briefs into polished, professional visual assets
Develop materials for pharmaceutical communications and site engagement initiatives
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to align design direction
Ensure consistent use of brand guidelines across all assets
Manage your workload independently while meeting deadlines
Join project meetings and contribute to overall design strategy
What We’re Looking For
A strong portfolio demonstrating layout, typography, and brand communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Excellent time management and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities
Strong communication and collaborative skills
Prior experience in healthcare/pharma a plus—but not required
Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Role Logistics
Hours: 15–20 per week (flexible schedule; around 4 hours/day)
Remote: Fully remote, with own equipment and software required
Team Culture: Collaborative, diverse, and welcoming
