We have an exciting opportunity within our analytical function at RS Integrated Supply, part of RS Group, for a Senior Master Data Management Analyst.

What you will be doing:

The post holder will be a key stakeholder in developing the data foundation for insight-driven initiatives within the organization’s business transformation. This includes designing and deploying data governance frameworks, enabling AI, ML, and automation, and leading strategic projects and analytics activities. The role involves building and implementing data governance frameworks, overseeing master data domains, ensuring data quality, and facilitating the creation of master datasets. The role also requires interacting with stakeholders to understand complex business and industry processes, particularly in the context of two ERP migrations.

What do I need to be successful?

If you possess the following skills and experience, we want to hear from you:

  • Proven experience in Master Data Management, data governance, or related fields.
  • Strong expertise in data governance principles and frameworks, with experience in implementing data models supporting analytics and reporting.
  • Experience overseeing master data domains and collaborating with data owners.
  • Previous experience in manufacturing, supply chain, distribution industries, or e-commerce.
  • Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Strong SQL skills for data extraction and manipulation.
  • Proficiency in Power Query, VBA, Python, DAX.
  • Experience with MDM initiatives in transformative environments.
  • Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
  • Knowledge of data governance principles and practices.
  • Proficiency with data management tools and technologies.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience with agile project management methods.
