As a Senior Manager of AI Solutions within our Pharmaceutical and MedTech practice at WGA Advisors, you will lead the development and implementation of cutting-edge AI strategies that transform our clients’ operations and competitive edge. In this critical role, you’ll leverage AI and machine learning technologies to solve complex challenges, enhancing efficiency, innovation, and decision-making across the client spectrum.
Key Responsibilities:

  1. AI Strategy Development & Implementation: Craft and execute advanced AI strategies that align with client objectives in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors, ensuring their competitive advantage in the market.
  2. Solution Design & Innovation: Design AI-based solutions for critical functions such as R&D, patient engagement, supply chain optimization, and operational efficiency, utilizing the latest in machine learning, natural language processing, and predictive analytics.
  3. Technology Integration: Seamlessly integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems and platforms, ensuring robust data analytics capabilities and operational effectiveness.
  4. Client Collaboration: Establish strong, consultative relationships with clients, understanding their unique challenges and opportunities to deliver tailored AI solutions.
  5. Leadership & Talent Development: Mentor and lead teams in AI project delivery, fostering an environment of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  6. Market Intelligence: Maintain expertise in AI trends, tools, and technologies, advising clients on emerging opportunities and risks.
  7. Operational & Process Improvement: Utilize AI to drive improvements in operational processes, supply chain management, and customer experience.
  8. Risk Management & Compliance: Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI implementations, ensuring adherence to industry regulations and ethical standards.
  9. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Engage with key stakeholders to align AI initiatives with business goals, facilitating understanding and support across the organization.
  10. Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure the successful adoption of AI technologies, addressing cultural and operational shifts required for transformation.
    Qualifications:
    – Advanced degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
    – Minimum of 10 years’ experience in AI and machine learning, with a focus on the Pharmaceutical and MedTech industries.
    – Proven track record in developing and deploying AI solutions that drive business value.
    – Strong understanding of AI technologies and their application in a business context.
    – Exceptional project management, leadership, and team-building skills.
    – Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
    – Familiarity with regulatory and compliance standards relevant to AI in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors.
    Compensation:
    – Base Salary: $280,200 – $312,000/year, based on experience.
    – Annual Performance Bonus.
