Senior Legal Counsel – International | Life Sciences | Hybrid

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Legal Counsel to join a collaborative and high-performing legal team within a dynamic international business. This is a strategically important role supporting multiple functions and geographies, including commercial, medical affairs, regulatory, and compliance.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide proactive legal advice across various international markets
  • Draft and negotiate a wide range of commercial and compliance-related contracts
  • Support corporate governance and advise on legal risk
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders across functions

About you:

  • Qualified solicitor or equivalent with significant post-qualification experience
  • Must have a background in life sciences, ideally with both private practice and in-house experience
  • Skilled in commercial, regulatory, compliance, and data/privacy law
  • Collaborative, pragmatic and commercially aware
  • Fluent in English, withFrench, German or Spanish language skills strongly preferred

Location:Hybrid

Travel:Occasional international travel expected
