If you’ve got a solid background in delivering pharmaceutical events and are looking for your next step in a dynamic, people-focused agency, this could be just the role for you.
We’re looking for a Senior Events Account Manager to join a busy and collaborative team working across medical accounts. You’ll be the go-to for planning and delivering a variety of healthcare-related events – from advisory boards and internal meetings to international congress activity – while keeping everything on track and ensuring excellent client service throughout.
What you’ll be doing:
Managing the full lifecycle of UK and international events, both in-person and virtual
Leading on venue sourcing, speaker logistics, delegate management, budgeting and supplier liaison
Acting as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and understanding their goals
Ensuring all event elements are fully compliant with industry codes (e.g., ABPI, EFPIA)
Overseeing on-site delivery and handling post-event reporting and audits
Collaborating closely with account teams and supporting on new business proposals
What we’re looking for:
At least 2 years’ experience working on pharmaceutical events – this is essential
Confident project management skills and strong attention to detail
Clear, friendly communicator with excellent organisational skills
Good understanding of compliance and pharmaceutical industry regulations
Experience using registration platforms (e.g., Cvent)
Ability to juggle multiple projects and remain calm under pressure
Willingness to travel internationally and work onsite at events
