The Role

Veeva’s European Business Consulting Group is a key growth area, offering differentiated consulting services in Life Sciences. We serve as the digital partner of choice for 85% of the top 20 Pharmaceutical companies.

As a Senior Consultant, you will manage complex consulting projects, lead teams, and oversee all aspects of delivery. You will analyze complex problems, develop insightful solutions, and build strong relationships with customers to deliver sustainable value at the forefront of digital and commercial innovation.

This role is remote across Europe, with no specific work location required if the candidate is near an airport and can meet travel needs. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the EU or UK.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead complex projects, managing scope, quality, resources, risks, and timelines.
  • Design, build, and deliver project outputs meeting objectives.
  • Identify and solve client problems proactively.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients through various communication channels.
  • Manage and mentor team members.
  • Contribute to business development and proposals.
  • Disseminate thought leadership to differentiate Veeva’s consulting services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with excellent academic record.
  • 8+ years of consulting experience in a strategic/management consulting firm.
  • Experience in Life Sciences, especially in Commercial and Medical areas.
  • Expertise in areas like multi-channel strategy, product launch, go-to-market, commercial model design, key account planning, segmentation, analytics, branding, or medical affairs.
  • Understanding of commercial/marketing technology and Veeva platforms.
  • Knowledge of digital capabilities and industry trends in Health & Life Sciences.
  • Experience in business development and client relationship management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
  • Effective project management and communication skills in English and local languages.

  • Strong network within Top 20 Life Science companies.
  • Experience with digital technologies, SaaS, AI applications, and multilingual capabilities.
